Jane Cox Photography will never share your personal data with a third party without your permission, unless it is essential to complete a business transaction, such as ordering prints on your behalf from my suppliers etc. Your data will NEVER be sold to a third party.

Jane Cox Photography will store all necessary data securely in full compliance with current GDPR. All third party organisations that require your data to process a business transaction alongside Jane Cox Photography will also be fully compliant, and responsible in their own right for the protection of your data under UK law. This includes website hosting, direct payment gateways such as Paypal, professional printing labs, email marketing companies and studio management software.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, such as Paypal, then they will be fully compliant in their own right with current GDPR.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

In the event of a breach of security, then Jane Cox Photography will be in touch via email within 48 hours to notify clients of the breach and update them on any security implications.

SECTION 7 - CONSENT TO USE IMAGES
Jane Cox Photography will remain the copyright holder of all images taken by Jane Cox or any associated photographers with Jane Cox Photography. In the case of purchase of digital files, then these will be provided with full permission from the copyright holder to reproduce, print and use digitally in perpetuity. In accordance with best practice, Jane Cox Photography will ask for permission to use any images taken in your shoot to add to her portfolio for marketing purposes, eg to display on her website, on social media, at exhibitions, to use for publicity materials and to show to potential clients in person. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Jane Cox Photography.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
